Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Anamari Creative Studio, all services and digital products are delivered with care, intention, and a high level of preparation. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms for deposits, payments, cancellations, and refunds related to our offerings.

By booking a service or purchasing a product through this Site, you agree to the following terms.

1. Service Deposits & Payments

Non-Refundable Deposits

All design services—such as web design, branding, marketing bundles, or any custom package—require a non-refundable deposit to reserve your project on our calendar.
This deposit covers:

  • administrative and onboarding tasks

  • project preparation

  • initial strategy work

  • reserving the dedicated time slot

  • any upfront research or setup already begun

Deposits cannot be refunded for any reason.

Remaining Payments

The remaining balance is due as outlined in your individual project contract or invoice. Payments must be completed on schedule for the project to continue.

2. Cancellations

Client-Initiated Cancellations

If you choose to cancel after work has begun:

  • the deposit remains non-refundable

  • any completed work up to the cancellation date must be paid in full

  • no files, designs, or deliverables will be released until the account is fully paid

Studio-Initiated Cancellations

In rare cases where the Studio must cancel a project (such as emergencies or conflicts):

  • any completed work will be provided

  • a partial refund may be issued at our discretion for incomplete portions

  • deposits may be refunded only if no work has begun

3. Missed Deadlines or Delays

If a project is delayed due to lack of communication, client inaction, missing content, or failure to provide required information:

  • payments already made remain non-refundable

  • the project may be paused or rescheduled

  • a restart fee may apply depending on the length of the delay

Clear communication is essential to keep your project on schedule.

4. Digital Products

All digital products—including templates, PDFs, downloads, and resources—are 100% non-refundable due to their immediate, irrevocable access.

If you experience an issue with your file or download link, please email us and we’ll ensure you receive your product.

5. No Refunds for Change of Mind

Refunds are not issued for:

  • changing your mind

  • deciding not to use the completed work

  • hiring another designer

  • internal business changes

  • personal or financial circumstances

Your project slot and prep work are reserved specifically for you.

6. Revisions & Scope

Each service includes a set number of revisions as outlined in your project contract.

Requests outside the agreed scope:

  • are not grounds for a refund

  • may require an additional invoice for extended work

7. Completed Work

Once the final balance is paid:

  • all agreed-upon deliverables will be released

  • any additional changes after project completion will require a new contract or hourly rate

No refunds are issued after the project is completed.

8. Payment Disputes

Any attempt to charge back or dispute a payment after receiving project work or digital products is a breach of these terms.

We reserve the right to pursue legal action and block access to future services.
